Everyone always stresses about how important location is in real estate. Well in my professional opinion, it's the decisive factor. You can rebuild a run-down property but you can't change its location.
I see the importance of it here and now. It's peak summer 2007 and the properties that are in sought-after locations are teeming with people and charging a lot of money. Those that are even slightly out of the way are half empty and cheap (even though they may be of superior build quality than their fully booked counterparts).
In Manilva the difference beetween highly-sought after and empty can be as small as 1 km.
